Pivolt Solutions OPC Pvt Limited is the company behind Siequi, a symptom companion for people living with psoriasis and eczema. We're an early-stage, India-based company building toward pilot partnerships with dermatologists and clinics.
Kalyan Chaganti founded Pivolt Solutions after roles spanning consumer and healthcare at Henkel, Britannia, and Johnson & Johnson Medical — bringing both consumer product discipline and clinical-market experience to Siequi.
Pivolt Solutions is currently founder-led, with a small group of freelancers and interns supporting product and clinical work as needed. This is deliberate at this stage — it keeps the team lean while we validate the product with real dermatologists before scaling.
Siequi is built from two small pieces. Si — yes, presence, showing up. Equi — steadiness, balance, the root behind words like equilibrium.
We built the name to hold the idea at the center of the product: showing up consistently, and staying steady, even when the condition itself doesn't. It's also how we wanted the app to feel day to day — not urgent, not alarming, just present — so that by the time someone sits down with their dermatologist, the steadiness is already on the page.
Siequi is pre-launch. We're in early conversations with dermatologists about pilot partnerships, and building the clinical review process that will ground the product's content before wider release.
